Doll Man faces off against James Hathaway, a obsessive curio collector who's stopped at nothing—including poison—to complete his magnificent miniature collection, and will stop at even less to keep the tiny hero from interfering. Swing Sisson thought it was just another night at The Clover Club—until two rival gang leaders, Prog and Voom-Voom, each decided to celebrate their birthdays there at the same time. When the gangsters and their crews collide, the band leader has to get clever and keep the peace before the whole nightclub erupts into chaos. It's a wild mix of humor, muscle, and quick thinking that shows why Sisson's always ready for trouble.
Poison Ivy fuels his anger when a troublemaker named Red plasters the town with insulting signs—but when Poison finally catches the culprit, things don't quite go as expected. A single page of slapstick mischief from 1947 that proves even humiliation can have a funny twist.
When a salesman pitches Joe and his partner on a revolutionary gas-making device, they convince a heavyset fellow to test their "Jiffy Gas Maker" by strapping it to his head for a high-altitude flight—only to watch the invention spiral wildly out of control. It's a chaotic comedy of errors as the experiment goes hilariously wrong, leaving the inventors scrambling to salvage their grand ambitions.
