He outfits a regular sledgehammer with flashy jewels, tricks the dim-witted villain Walrus into believing he’s been chosen by a legendary hammer of power, and plays up the role of the Specter of Mass Destruction—all while the hammer refuses to do anything at all. Written by Christopher Hastings and illustrated by Bong Dazo with inks by Joe Pimentel, colors by Matt Milla, and letters by Simon Bowland, the issue features a cover by Ryan Stegman and Michael Babinski.
