Slinky Stinky's jealousy of Mr. Pooch's new swimming pool leads him to cook up an elaborate scheme—spreading rumors of a fake illness and convincing the dog to leave town, all so he can claim the pool for himself. When a clever neighbor catches on to the cat's dirty tricks, Mr. Pooch discovers the truth and sets out to give Slinky exactly what he deserves.

Teddy Bear reluctantly takes on a high-rise window-washing job for his scheming pal Skeezel the Weasel, only to discover that his fast-talking partner has no intention of holding up his end of their partnership agreement. When Teddy's attempt at payback goes spectacularly wrong, he finds himself covered in tomatoes and facing an angry building owner—leaving Skeezel scrambling to find a way out of the mess he's made.

Hoppy takes his girl Millie to the carnival, where the muscular Herman Hare steals her attention with feats of strength—and then steals her away entirely when Hoppy's own car gets wrecked. Determined to win her back, Hoppy hatches a scheme using the carnival's gymnasium equipment to even the odds against the seemingly unbeatable Herman.

Bobby Bantam sets out to build a prefabricated boat, but his young helpers—Beep and Squeaky—keep getting in the way with well-meaning but disastrous attempts to assist. When Uncle Bobby finally kicks them out, the determined pair decide to build their own vessel, leading to a series of comedic mishaps that test everyone's patience on the water.
