Just as Killian and the dissidents are on the verge of capturing a nuclear bomb from the humans, a contingent of agents from the council of the Blue led by Cannon Hawke get in their way to arrest them for their crimes. Killian escapes and flees into exile. He is pursued by his brother Sear who tries to dissuade him from his violent path. The confrontation leads to blows and Killian ends up killing his brother.
