With Killian intent on continuing his acts of sabotage and troubled by his brother's new penchant for murderous vengeance against the humans, Sear meets with the council and informs them of his brother's actions. Anya's father convinces her to return to Killian's side and she helps him plan his next attack. Killian and the dissidents decide their best course of action is to invade a human military base and acquire a hydrogen bomb of their own.
