In "Matros Walker," the 13th Fantomen and Nuran set out on a journey to Bengali, only for Fantomen to be forcibly enlisted into the British Navy—ironically assigned to the very ship he was meant to board as a passenger. Under the command of the cruel Kaptein Grev Thomas Lexter and his enforcer Løytnant McDuff, the pair soon uncover a brutal conspiracy involving forced recruitment, with Nuran targeted and a young Kadett Horaty in danger as Fantomen races to expose the truth before more lives are lost.
