In "Sverdet i sjøen," the Silent Knight defends Lady Celia from bandits before journeying to Camelot for a tournament, where the cunning Morgan le Fay sends a mysterious masked knight to challenge him. After a fierce battle, the Silent Knight is defeated by a suit of enchanted armor and forced into servitude, compelled to retrieve a golden apple by slaying a dragon and dive into a lake to claim a necklace entwined with a sword held by a spectral hand. When his final trial begins, he finds a way to break free—but not before Lady Celia wrestles with jealousy over a kiss he was forced to accept from Morgan le Fay.
