In "...E Poi si Muore," Daredevil pays a solemn visit to Heather's grave, only to find the Vulture attempting to dig up her remains for her jewels. The unexpected intrusion forces a tense confrontation, while back in the city, Nelson and Murdock face the collapse of their law practice.

In "Le Cose Cambiano," the merged Hulk and Banner struggle within the confines of Gamma Base, where the scientist fights to emerge and end his own life while the Hulk is forced to protect him. As tensions rise, the Hulk breaks free and flees toward Samson's nutrient bath, pursued by Ross, who sabotages the cure equipment—leading to a violent clash when Rick intervenes and is thrown into the tank. The Hulk plunges into the bath, emerging briefly as a grey Hulk before collapsing back into Banner.
