Jeff Lemire's unsettling series continues with a cover by Phil Hester that commands immediate attention — a towering, scarecrow-like figure draped in tattered rags and gnarled branches strides forward, cradling what appears to be a body, while scattered figures lie strewn across the ground in the background. The image radiates a deeply eerie, folk-horror atmosphere that feels perfectly matched to the series' tone. A striking second issue from Image's 2019 lineup that makes it very hard to put back on the shelf.
