Exorsisters #3

The third issue of Image's supernatural series presents a striking split composition — above the title, two dark-haired sisters strike dynamic poses, one brandishing what appears to be a wand while the other dangles a small golden figure on a string; below, a chaotic red-toned scene erupts with horned demons and that same golden creature in the thick of the fray. Gisèle Lagacé's cover art balances sharp character personality with gleefully hellish mayhem, giving the whole thing a tone that's equal parts spooky and fun. Ian Boothby and Lagacé's creative partnership looks well in stride by issue three.
