This anthology issue contains ten action stories. "The Mask" follows District Attorney Tony Colby, who regains his sight with help from Carol Smith and operates undercover as the costumed vigilante the Mask to combat a gang of payroll robbers striking the city. After setting a trap at an armored transport company and witnessing the gang's truck crash into a bridge, Colby pursues the criminals to Crossville, where he encounters Dan the detective and uncovers clues about the gang's leadership. The story concludes with Colby confronting the gang leader and dismantling the criminal operation, while a woman named Lila Blake thanks him for recovering her jewels.
