The seventh chapter of Soleil's Elfes series arrives with a striking cover by Gianluca Maconi — a regal elven warrior in ornate armor and a fur-trimmed cloak strides forward alongside a great grey wolf, a longship visible through the icy mist behind them. Writer Nicolas Jarry and artist Maconi continue their fantasy saga with "Le crystal des Elfes sylvains," promising another richly detailed adventure in this world of elves and wilderness. Colorist Olivier Héban's cool, atmospheric palette gives the whole image a frosty grandeur that sets the mood beautifully for 2014's standout entry in the series.
