The third volume of Arleston and Barbucci's Ekhö — De Spiegelwereld takes the series to "Hollywood Boulevard," and Alessandro Barbucci's cover sets the tone beautifully: a grinning, golden-haired young woman in a white dress strikes a carefree pose in the foreground, utterly unrattled by the enormous roaring creature looming behind her or the steampunk-equipped crew scrambling with their brass-fitted camera gear to her right. There's a wonderful tension between her breezy confidence and the chaos swirling around her that captures exactly the spirit of this series' blend of humor, fantasy, and adventure. A great-looking 2015 entry in this Dutch-language fantasy series.
