The seventh issue of Stuart Moore and Gus Storms's EGOs — Earth Galactic Operatives continues the "Crunched" arc with a cover that's as offbeat as the series itself. Storms's art spotlights a rotund, bare-torso figure decked out in a battered top hat with a feather, a face mask, mechanical limbs, skull-and-crossbones leg panels, a spray canister in one hand, and a slender cane in the other — equal parts dandy and wreck, dripping with strange personality. It's a 2015 sci-fi series that clearly isn't afraid to get weird, and this issue looks like a fine place to embrace that.
