After young thief Dex Mungo is seduced by three beautiful women, they suddenly turn into horrors surrounded by other monstrous forms. Dex flees the building, chased by even more monsters, whilst the city constantly changes between normal and and a nightmarish landscape. Elsewhere, the brothers Ice and Tom Augustine are making plans to kill Dex.
