On his way to Cambodia in search of Henri Roy, Al Pratt recalls the incident which gave him his special abilities, never realizing he is being shadowed by Batman. But Batman is actually trying to find information on Kanto, a quest which next leads him to Mister Icicle who tells him to seek out Hawkgirl. Meanwhile, in the jungle that is Gotham City, Scott Free and Barda are confronted by Fury.
