# Dynamo #4 (1967) The main feature follows Dynamo as he battles the villain Excelsior, who has infiltrated T.H.U.N.D.E.R. headquarters and obtained a secret recording from one of the organization's branches. After Excelsior's device transforms him into a powerful costumed being, Dynamo pursues him through the city, eventually cornering him at a penthouse where he destroys the villain's weapon. In a backup story, "Uncle Weed's Bad-time Stories," the character Weed recounts a dark fairy tale to two children, presented as a cautionary narrative in classic storybook style.
