Agent with superhuman powers, is sent on a covert mission to a beachhead island where he must destroy enemy positions while avoiding casualties to a fake statue that is actually a plant designed to infiltrate Spider headquarters. After successfully completing the operation, Dynamo returns to New York where his superiors reveal the mission's true objective: the statue contained a woman android meant to be placed in Spider's organization, and the plan succeeds in compromising Spider's European operations.
Dynamo is sent to Ibernia after Dr. Holzbein, a scientist held hostage by the criminal organization S.P.I.D.E.R., sends a desperate distress call. As he infiltrates the country, Dynamo discovers that S.P.I.D.E.R. has infiltrated Thunder itself, forcing him to confront impostors and a growing rebellion while racing to stop the villainous Iron Maiden and her deadly plans.
Dynamo finds himself caught between the Red Star's agents and S.P.I.D.E.R., as both factions plot to steal his power belt. When a mysterious woman named Alice appears at his doorstep, her sudden kindness masks a deeper agenda, while a series of escalating attacks leaves him unsure who to trust.
In a lighthearted twist, Thunder agent William 'Weed' Wylie is sent on a plainclothes mission to investigate a break-in at a secret lab, only to encounter a mysterious villain known as The Hyena. As Weed tries to solve the case, he becomes entangled in a series of bizarre events involving disguises, fake gadgets, and a rooftop chase that leads to an unexpected reveal. The story unfolds with playful suspense, testing Weed’s instincts and resourcefulness in a mission that’s as much about identity as it is about espionage.
