Honeywell is a skinny kid working for the Gumshoe Private Detective Agency. Assigned to protect Professor Briggs, he discovers the professor is working on Power Pellets that can make a person as powerful as Atlas. When the professor is kidnapped, Honeywell gives chase with Betty Lou, but they're both captured. Honeywell decides to take a pellet and becomes powerful enough to capture the crooks and free the professor. At the police station he calls himself, Captain Atlas.
