Police detectives apprehend a criminal gang operating from a building, discovering their hideout where they keep canaries and geraniums as cover. The story follows the capture and interrogation of the criminals, ultimately resulting in Whitey and Blackie each receiving twelve-year prison sentences, with one surviving a shooting. A subsequent sequence shows criminals orchestrating a jewelry heist involving a parked car, featuring confrontations between police and a character called Red, climaxing in a shootout over stolen money.
