Dungeons & Dragons #3
Part Three of "Shadows of the Vampire" finds a party of five adventurers huddled around a small campfire deep in a dark forest, weapons close at hand — swords, daggers, and a crossbow stacked nearby — while an eerie, ghostly presence swirls through the trees above them. The group includes a brooding, tattooed warrior at center, a hooded figure, a dark-haired woman, a pink-haired elf, and a younger companion, all rendered with atmospheric warmth by cover artists Max Dunbar against the creeping supernatural dread overhead. Writer Jim Zub and artist/colorist Nelson Dániel continue their gothic D&D adventure here, and this 2016 IDW series is delivering exactly the mood a vampire-haunted campaign deserves.
