Takeda's lush, detail-rich cover work (she handles both pencils and inks here) gives the series a distinctly painterly, manga-influenced beauty that sets it apart on the 2007 Image lineup. C. B. Cebulski and Takeda's revenge saga is already burning at full intensity by issue three.
