In the frozen heart of the Arctic, a reporter and a women's liberation photographer follow a mysterious broadcast to a deserted weather station, only to find the crew dead and blind. Venturing into a nearby cave, they confront a monstrous guardian protecting humans bound to stakes—believing the captives to be innocent victims. After overcoming the creature, the bound figures unleash a terrifying psychic force, blinding the intruders just as they realize the horrifying truth: the so-called captives were the true mutants all along.

In the eerie coastal town of Dossier Negro, a police lieutenant is drawn into a nightmarish vendetta when a hippie vampire named Derek Williamson turns his sister into a creature of the night. As the moon rises over the shore, the lieutenant must confront the undead predator who now threatens his beloved, leading to a desperate clash on the beach where blood and vengeance meet.
