Doom Patrol #64
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeDoom Patrol #64 (March 1993) kicks off "Sliding in the Wreckage" under writer Rachel Pollack, and Brian Bolland's cover makes an immediate impression — a chaotic tea party gone wonderfully strange, crowded with the team's familiar oddities: a woman mid-shriek, a figure in a yellow robotic helmet, a masked character adorned with curlers and lip-print motifs, a looming alien presence clutching a teacup, and several deeply unsettled onlookers. It's the kind of beautifully unhinged imagery that Doom Patrol does better than almost anyone, rendered here with Bolland's precise, almost gleeful eye for the surreal.
