Etter forgjeves å ha prøvd å kjøpe Ingenrollis teaterkjede i mange år, gjør Skrue et nytt forsøk. Han har pugget opera og later som han elsker det siden eieren vil helst selge til en annen operaelsker. Samtidig har B-Gjengen kidnappet operaeieren for så å narre Skrue til å undertegne en kontrakt som gir dem pengebingen. Som om ikke det var nok lurer Magica i kulissene som vanlig på jakt etter lykketiøringen.
