In a small village where mischievous children run wild, Donald Duck stumbles upon a shattered piggy bank and a mysterious box of cigars. Thinking the boys are planning to spend their savings on tobacco and alcohol, he takes matters into his own beak—forcing them to smoke the cigars in a misguided attempt to teach them a lesson.
