Searching for a quiet, remote spot in which to spear-fish, Donald stumbles onto the Reginians, a dome-protected civilization of ducks from an alternate dimension residing under the ocean. Captured as an intruder, Donald is processed for their sub-sea civilization by having his "land body" and all his memories removed. Queen Reginella falls romantically for the new arrival, prompting a rage of jealousy from her former suitor. Devoid of his surface memories, Donald decides to stay with Queen Reginella and become her mate and King of the Reginians - but is he fully ready to fight for the prize?
