Fethry becomes obsessed with yet another oddball book ("Be Happy - The Psychology of Excelling at Anything [by] Dr. Sigmund Shrinky") and incessantly annoys both Donald and Gladstone with its philosophy and theories. When Gladstone typically wins a sailboat at a seaside raffle, Fethry suggests that Donald and he work as Gladstone's boat crew... creating the right conditions for Fethry to put Dr. Shrinky's assertations to the test.
