Mr. Incredible begins to lose his strength during a fight against the Futurion. Mrs. Incredible is mad when she finds out, but she continues to encourage the family to get to know their neighbors. When Jack-Jack loses his powers too, Mr. Incredible figures out that it's because of the cookies brought over by their neighbor who is actually Organa, the Chemical Mistress of Crime! He defeats her by getting Dash to race the Futurion's Devolution Bomb into the room. This reverts Organa to a chimpanzee. She and her family move away, but Violet and Organa's son remain in contact.
