The Rhyming Man and his henchmen raid an arctic installation inhabited by Drs. Wallace and Willis and a dormant giant robot. The robot cannot be activated without a code held by Dr. Gutenabend, now retired and living in Mouseton where Minnie is transcribing his memoirs. The villains bust in on Gutenabend but not before he gives Minnie the code and has her flee. With Mickey, Minnie follows a paper trail to an abandoned building similar to the arctic installation, where she inadvertently activates its own giant robot, which flies off with her, as Mickey is detained by mysterious armed agents.
