Hercules meets with his godly relatives to lay out his case for Hades being behind the abductions, but no one seems convinced. Ares suggests that Hercules could be useful in quelling an imminent war between centaurs and humans, but it's a trick to get Hercules to make things worse. Herc and his friends break the spell that's causing the war, but Ares becomes the next god to vanish.
