Dinky's pal, Hoppy the Frog, is depressed because "...every frog [he] reads about turns into a prince or something -- but [he keeps] on being a frog". A hungry wolf overhears, and disguises himself as a good wizard, promising to turn Hoppy into a prince - but only intends to turn him - and Dinky - into a meal.
