Die Gruppe X #9
In "Die Botschaft aus der Zukunft," Rachel Summers sends Kitty Pryde back from 2013 to warn the X-Men that the new Brotherhood of Evil Mutants plans to assassinate Senator Kelly—a mission that could unravel mutantkind’s future. With time running short and danger closing in, Kitty must navigate the past to prevent a catastrophe she can’t fully foresee.
In "Das Zeit-Korrektiv," the X-Men face a desperate showdown when the Brotherhood targets Senator Kelly, setting off a chain of events that stretches across time. With her future self temporarily inhabiting her present body, Kitty must guide the team through a high-stakes battle against Mystique and her allies—each choice reshaping the timeline in ways no one can predict. Just as Kelly is secured, the future self slips back, leaving behind a changed world and a new threat quietly taking form.
In "Erpresst!", Dr. Doom holds Arcade captive, prompting Miss Locke to seize the X-Men's loved ones to force the team into rescuing her boss. Xavier summons Havok, Polaris, and Iceman to aid in the mission as Storm, Wolverine, Colossus, Angel, and Nightcrawler infiltrate the temporary Castle Doom in upstate New York, while the others head to Murderworld. Storm is drawn into a tense game of manipulation by Victor himself, while Arcade—more guest than prisoner—walks among the team. When Doom is attacked, he traps Storm in metal and shifts his focus to the rest of the group, raising the stakes in a high-stakes showdown.
In "Murderworld!", the X-Men are trapped in a nightmarish maze of deadly traps at Doom's castle, where survival depends on outsmarting lethal obstacles. While Storm struggles with her claustrophobia inside a metal casing, unleashing a storm that rages beyond the walls, Havok, Polaris, Iceman, and Banshee fight their way through Murderworld to rescue the captured friends and family of their teammates.
In "Im Taumel unbegrenzter Macht," Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Angel narrowly escape Dr. Doom’s deadly trap only to face the villain directly. When Wolverine frees Storm from her metal prison, her long-suppressed claustrophobia erupts into overwhelming power, turning her into a tempest of raw elemental force. As her friends struggle to calm her, Dr. Doom makes a surprisingly bold move—flirting with her, and she, to their surprise, doesn’t reject him outright.
