Die Abenteuer von Blake und Mortimer #[17]
This volume collects the second part of 'Der Fluch der dreißig Silberlinge' (The Curse of the Thirty Silver Pieces), continuing the Blake and Mortimer adventure that began in the previous installment. In 'Die Pforte des Orpheus' (The Gate of Orpheus), the story deepens the mystery surrounding the thirty silver coins, blending historical intrigue with the series' signature sci-fi and espionage elements. Part of Carlsen Comics' German-language edition of the classic Franco-Belgian series, this hardcover collects the narrative originally serialized in 2011.
The 2011 German edition of The Adventures of Blake and Mortimer #17, published by Carlsen Comics, continues the tale "The Curse of the Thirty Silver Coins 2 – The Gate of Orpheus," featuring Blake, Mortimer, and a cast of supporting characters. The story is written by Jean Van Hamme and Harald Sachse, with artwork by Antoine Aubin and Etienne Schréder, who also handle inking, while Laurence Croix provides coloring and Björn Liebchen the lettering. The cover was collaboratively penciled and inked by Aubin and Schréder.
