Hiding stolen loot in a river, Blowtop slips and knocks himself unconscious, giving Vitamin a chance to tie him up. Vitamin is trapped in the river trying to recover his prized shrunken head when Blowtop revives and starts shooting. Tracy and Catchem capture him and save Vitamin. Sparkle Plenty makes a hit on Ted Tellum's amateur show, and Vitamin becomes her agent. Protection racketeer T.V. Wiggles paralyzes Sparkle with a wrestling hold.
