“Dick Tracy and the Case of the Teleguard Terror!”

In "Dick Tracy and the Case of the Teleguard Terror!", the aftermath of Brilliant's demise sends Big Frost into a violent rampage, wielding the deadly Teleguard in a new wave of crime. When he kidnaps and injures his own daughter, leaving her broken at the edge of a cliff, she's discovered by Sparkle and brought to the care of B. O. Plenty and Gravel Gertie. As the wounded girl recovers, B. O. makes the call to Dick Tracy—setting the stage for a relentless pursuit. Art by Chester Gould and Joe Simon, with inks by both, delivers the sharp, noir-drenched style that defined the series, while the cover by Gould captures the tension in a single, striking image.
