Compilation of daily and Sunday newspaper strips from November 17, 1946 through April 29, 1947. Themesong and Vitamin clash, but he agrees to coach her in stage presence. Influence hypnotizes Vitamin and Florence Lane as part of a crime scene and dumps Tracy in a frozen river. He's rescued by teen Misty, who develops a crush on him. Hypo takes over a burglary racket using photography to gain entry. Tracy jails Influence and Hypo both.
