A denizen of the colorful, crime-riddled world Chester Gould built, Themesong made their entrance in the Bronze Age pages of Blackthorne's Dick Tracy #2 in 1985 — rubbing shoulders with the square-jawed detective himself alongside such memorable company as Vitamin Flintheart, Mumbles, and Christmas Early. With appearances spread across both Dick Tracy and The Original Dick Tracy, this character occupies a niche but genuine corner of one of comics' most iconic and long-running crime universes.
