In "Obey the Law," a law officer pursues the outlaw Curry across Texas after Curry murdered an innocent man. The officer tracks Curry through a complex series of events involving a gang hideout and a $1,000 reward, eventually cornering him near the border. In a final confrontation, the officer shoots Curry, but Curry manages to escape into a river, leaving the officer uncertain whether justice has been fully served.
