Dustin Nguyen's delicate watercolor linework takes on an urgent, battle-worn energy in this cover image: a blond, black-clad man fires a weapon point-blank while shielding a damaged robot child with glowing green eyes, bullet impacts scarring the walls around them. It's a striking visual encapsulation of the human-machine bond at the heart of Jeff Lemire and Nguyen's sci-fi series.
