Dennis the Menace #38
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeDennis is absolutely in his element here — standing shin-deep in the surf, grinning ear to ear as he holds up a large green crab in one hand and a bright red lobster in the other, while a very unhappy adult scrambles out of the water nearby. Al Wiseman's cover art captures the mischief perfectly, with every dripping detail — the splashing water, the snapping claws — telegraphing that this beach day has taken a wonderfully chaotic turn. "By the Sea, By the Sea, By the Beautiful Sea…" promises exactly the kind of breezy, laugh-out-loud fun that made this Hallden/Fawcett series such a delight in 1959.
