Dell Giant #23 brings together Marge's Little Lulu and Tubby for a Halloween celebration straight out of 1959, with a cover by John Stanley and Irving Tripp that radiates autumn charm. The cover is an absolute delight — Lulu in her red dress and Tubby in green are cheerfully carving jack-o'-lanterns alongside a girl dressed as a witch, all surrounded by a glorious pile of grinning pumpkins.
