Decoy resists his transformation into a red Meta. Dr. Alloy weakens the Dolphin City Dam in order to draw out Decoy and get a sample of his green blood. Dr Alloy combines Decoy's green blood with red, yellow and blue Meta blood to turn himself into a human-Meta hybrid. Officer Luck and Dr. Alloy fight, but Dr. Alloy escapes. The Kranch then help Decoy prevent the flooding of Dolphin City.
