Debbi's Dates #7
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeFrom DC's cheerful teen-humor series comes Debbi's Dates #7 (1970), with a cover by Henry Scarpelli that sets up a perfectly silly situation: a group of guys have somehow gotten themselves hopelessly wedged together in a doorway, and a carpenter has been called in to sort out the mess. The speech bubble explains it all — they were craning their necks out the window when a cute girl walked by and dropped her handkerchief, leaving Debbi and a friend looking on with a mix of exasperation and amusement. It's the kind of breezy, light-hearted comedy that made DC's teen titles such a fun counterpart to their superhero lineup in 1970.
