Deathlok the Demolisher: Origins #[nn]
In "A Cold Knight's Frenzy," Deathlok’s body is torn apart by an explosion, leaving only his damaged core intact—only to be rebuilt by the CIA and reprogrammed to stop the man who once turned him into a weapon: Simon Ryker. As he hunts Ryker through a web of digital and mechanical traps, Deathlok confronts a second Luther Manning clone, a ghost of the surgeon who first forged his body, and together they attempt to reach the Omni Computer to face Ryker’s mind directly. Written by Bill Mantlo and Rich Buckler, with art by Rich Buckler and inks by Klaus Janson, this issue blends raw mechanical dread with psychological tension, all framed by a cover by Rich Buckler and Klaus Janson.
