Deadworld #4

Deadworld's post-apocalyptic horror continues in this fourth issue from Image/Desperado, written by Gary Reed with art by Dalibor Talajić. The cover — also rendered by Talajić — presents a haunting pietà-like image bathed in deep amber and crimson: a horned, spike-haired zombie figure cradles the limp body of a young woman against a hellish, glowing backdrop. It's a striking, painterly composition that captures the series' blend of dread and dark beauty.
