Deadpool vs. The Punisher #4

The penultimate chapter of this 2017 Marvel miniseries brings the clash between two of comics' most relentless anti-heroes to a brutal head, with cover art by Declan Shalvey depicting a battered, bloodied Punisher launching himself fist-first at an equally shredded Deadpool amid a crumbling concrete landscape. Both figures look like they've already been through hell — and clearly aren't done yet — which sets a wonderfully grim tone for writer Fred Van Lente and artist Pere Pérez's story inside. If you've been following this rivalry, issue #4 is exactly the escalation you've been waiting for.
