Deadpool: Merc with a Mouth #9
In "Next Stop: Zombieville, Part 2," Deadpool finds himself knee-deep in chaos on a zombie-infested world, lounging at the E.S.U. campus with a group of survivors. When Veronica offers a very specific reward for capturing a zombie hero, Deadpool straps on Zombie Deadpool’s head as a disguise and sets out to lure the elusive zombie Cypher—only to find that the real danger might be closer than he thought. Written by Victor Gischler and brought to life by Bong Dazo’s sharp art, with colors by Matt Milla and inks by Jose Pimentel, the issue’s cover by Arthur Suydam captures the absurdity and dread of the moment.
