Deadpool is hired by AIM to invade the Savage Land and capture a deadly new toxin for them before it falls into the hands of Hydra. After making a hard landing and encountering Ka-Zar, Deadpool meets up with his AIM contact, a beautiful blonde doctor, and they try to locate the toxin. Their search leads them to a tribe of cannibals who quickly capture our hero. Deadpool learns that the item he is supposed to be stealing from them looks like a decomposed head: his own.
