Deadpool #2
In "One of Us Part 2: One of Them," Deadpool finds himself in the clutches of the Skrulls, who are fascinated by his regenerative abilities. After being dissected and studied, he convinces his captors to let him train a new generation of Super Skrulls—modeled after himself—leading to chaotic battles that spiral out of control. Written by Daniel Way and illustrated by Paco Medina, with inks by Juan Vlasco and colors by Marte Gracia, this 2008 issue features a wild, self-aware twist on the superhero trope, all under Clayton Crain’s striking cover art.

Deadpool offers to work for the Skrulls but they decide to dissect him and figure out what makes him tick. Discovering that he has an extraordinary healing factor, the Skrulls implement this into the next batch of Super Skrulls. Deadpool convinces his Skrull captors to let him train the new army of Skrull Deadpools and does so by pitting them against the regular Super Skrulls and each other. Watching their new breed of warriors killing each other off, the Skrull command realizes too late that Deadpool is plain crazy. What they don't know is that he is also secretly working for Nick Fury.
